Gear Up Returns & Refunds Policy

Gear Up products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is printed specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all sizing, color, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the problem

Clear photos of the full item and the issue

If the issue qualifies, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue and help determine the next step.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or unclaimed package, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
